Complaint & Exchange

Warranty claims (complaint):

Our highest goal is, to give you the latest information and pictures to our products. Even though the  pictures are not always similar to the appearance of our products. Especially when it comes to a new a range in our shop, the appearance and equipment of the products can change. Claims for defects are not valid if the change is acceptable for the customer. If the products are proven to be defective, after an appropriate time we ensure supplementary performance, which means either a replacement of the product or corrective measures. If the supplementary performance is connected to disproportionate costs, we are allowed, to give the supplementary performance in another way. The necessary costs for supplementary performance shall be borne by us. If we fail in the supplementary performance, according your choice you have the right to cancel the purchase or to mark down the purchase price. Defect products have to be handed back to us, unless you decided to choose the lowering of the purchase price instead. Warranty claims become time-barred within 2 years of the delivery of the goods. We pay the costs in case of a return shipment.

Exchange (revocation):

You are entitled to cancel your order at Bestkosmetik. The exchange will be regulated by our right of withdrawal. The general principle is: The right of withdrawal shall expire after 14 days from the day when you or a third party, other than the carrier, occupied the goods.
